Booking & Payment

  • No advance payment is required before meeting at the safari starting point.
  • Payment is to be made directly at the meeting point before starting the safari.
  • Always carry sufficient cash for local transactions, entry fees, and permits.
  • Our package prices do not include entry fees, permit fees, or camera fees for any locations.

Confirmation & Preparation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone call before the safari date.
  • You will receive your guide's information and detailed itinerary before the safari.
  • Please save your booking reference number for all communications.
  • Verify the meeting point location and timing during the confirmation call.

Timing & Delays

  • Please communicate any potential delays in reaching the meeting point well in advance.
  • We maintain a flexible schedule but recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • In case of significant delays, we may need to adjust the itinerary accordingly.

Additional Fees

  • Entry fees for attractions are not included in the package price.
  • Camera fees at various locations are to be paid separately.
  • Special permits (if required) are not included in the base price.
  • Any additional activities or extensions will be charged separately.
